Management Team Member
Management Team Member - Sint Maarten Region
As a member of the Management Team, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of the school, overseeing daily administrative tasks, supporting the leadership team and ensuring a positive learning environment. You will work closely with teachers, staff, students and parents to ensure that the school runs efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
- A Master's degree or higher in education, administration or related field.
- Proven experience in school management or similar administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Leadership skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Knowledge of secondary education policies, school operations and CXC.
Tasks:
- Manage the day-to-day administration of the school, including student records, staff coordination and resource allocation.
- Oversee school operations such as scheduling,logistics and facilities management.
- Ensure compliance with educational regulations and school policies.
- Support management team in strategic planning and implementation.
- Manage supplies and financial planning.
- Lead and manage school events, meetings, and other extracurricular activities.
- Supervise and support administrative staff.
