We are seeking a highly professional and skilled individual to fill the following vacancy:

 

 Executive Housekeeper:

  • Minimum of Six (6)-Seven (7) years of experience in housekeeping management, within a luxury hotel or high-end property
  • Bachelors degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred, though significant relevant experience will be considered
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team while maintaining high standards of service
  • Extensive knowledge of housekeeping operations, quality control procedures, and inventory management
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction
  • Proficiency in housekeeping management software and basic computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and management
  • Proven ability to train, supervise, and motivate a housekeeping team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle guest complaints or staff concerns promptly and professionally
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations, health and safety protocols, and industry best practices

 Assistant Executive Housekeeper:

  • Minimum of Three (3)-Four (4) years of experience in housekeeping management, within a luxury hotel or high-end property
  • Previous experience in housekeeping management, preferably in alarge-scale hotel or resort setting
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and health regulations
  • Ability to train, mentor, and motivate a team
  • Proficiency in housekeeping management software and basic computer skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Physical ability to perform housekeeping duties as needed
  • Knowledge ofguest rooms inspection, public areas, and laundry operations to ensure compliance with cleanliness and brand standards
  • Knowledge of inventory, cost control and supply management
  • Knowledge of preparing work schedules, assigning duties, and optimizing workflows for maximum efficiency

Resort Executive Chef:

  • Proven experience as a Resort Executive Chef or similar role in large All- Inclusive properties.
  • Degree or certification in culinary arts or a related field is preferred.
  • Must have atleast Five (5)- Six (6) years of experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and overseeing operations in a large-scale, all inclusive hotel environment, featuring multiple restaurants.
  • In-depth knowledge of various cuisines, culinary techniques, and food safety regulations.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, management, and guests effectively.
  • Exceptional creativity and a passion for culinary excellence, demonstrated through innovative menu development.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility in work schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, as required.
  • All interested expatriate applicants MUST have atleast one (1) year experience working in Jamaica.
