Maintenance Manager

A manufacturing company is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead their maintenance and landscaping teams, ensuring optimal functionality and reliability of all plant and processing equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing a preventive maintenance program, troubleshooting machinery issues, and ensuring all work aligns with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a documented maintenance schedule for all plant and processing equipment.
• Assign and coordinate maintenance tasks among personnel.
• Perform preventive maintenance, including testing, repairing, and replacing faulty components.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and food safety programs (HACCP/BRC).
• Supervise and train maintenance personnel for maximum productivity.
• Respond promptly to machinery breakdowns and recalibrate instruments as needed.
• Maintain records of all maintenance activities and submit reports on time.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and technical support as necessary.

Qualifications & Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Extensive work experience in equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Training and experience in machinery repair, plumbing, boiler maintenance, electrical work, carpentry, and infrastructure maintenance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
