The incumbent is required to coordinate the development of Marketing activities with emphasis on restaurants and retail stores
DESIRED COMPETENCE
Marketing degree or related qualification
Experienced with Branding and designing promotional concepts.
Knowledge or awareness of Product development and Merchandising.
Knowledge of social media platforms ( Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube etc.),
Content management programs (Hootsuite) and email marketing services (Constant Contact/ Mail Chimp)
Excellent communication, human relations and analytical skills.
Has a passion for planning and managing events.
Must possess a reliable motor vehicle.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate the development and execution of marketing activities, seasonal campaigns and instore activations;
Collaborate with all stakeholders to create seamless, on time executions that drive sales and brand awareness.
Track, monitor and communicate sales, campaign performance and drive marketing initiatives as needed.
Leverage consumer insights to inform marketing programs.
Develop customer communication and branding for their target audience.
Develop email marketing and loyalty rewards programs to drive sales performance .
Develop, implement and manage social media strategy, locally and regionally.
Monitor and manage customer service responses, identifying trends, issues and assists with their resolution.
