To plan, execute and manage activations and promotions in order to contribute to enhanced sales, increased awareness and strengthened brand health indicators.

 

Activations Coordinator

 Accountabilities

  • Executes and evaluates all planned  activations to ensure brand objectives are achieved.
  • Evaluates all sponsorship proposals and prepares activity recommendations on all selected proposals to ensure relevance to brand strategy for submission to the Brand Team.
  • Participates in the development of brand imagery to reinforce the brand world among target consumers.
  • Attends all Company sponsored events and completes post implementation reports on all such events to the function manager.
  • Assists in the preparation of weekly status reports and monthly budget reports, as well as annual expenditure.
  • Monitors and evaluates programs as related to brand marketing strategies and ensures achievement of objectives.
  • Manages signage agencies and evaluates placements to ensure that they support marketing strategy. 
Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required
  • Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership as well as good analytical skills. 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven project and people management skills.
  • Ability to analyse, identify gaps and propose solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex situations in a simple manner.
  • Ability to present in all forms.
  • At least two years' experience in sales/marketing or related.
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field.
