The Digital Marketing Specialist define and develop digital marketing strategies to meet business objectives through the optimization of our assets (e.g. website, emails, social media, and blogs)
Core Functions
• Define and develop digital marketing strategies to meet business objectives through the optimization of our assets (e.g. website, emails, social media, and blogs)
• Develop and implement segment relevant strategies to drive followership, user engagement, sales and brand affinity across various social media platforms – existing and emerging
• Establish governance framework to standardise digital marketing executions for e.g. email marketing style guide, online interaction protocol, and social media style guide
• Plan, lead, and execute digital marketing elements on integrated marketing communications campaigns
• Liaise with teams across the division, digital labs, and IT to improve customer experience and ensure consistency of brand personas and standards in the digital space.
• Lead the creation and maintenance of the content distribution on social media and other channels. Working closely with the content development and marketing teams.
• Work with teams across the division to develop and implement search engine optimization (SEO) and paid media strategies to maximize leads and visits to target landing pages by achieving high-ranking placements in search results.
• Analyse website traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence based on these metrics
• Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies and relationships to maximize sales through affiliate/partner digital channels and assets (e.g. website)
• Conduct ongoing research of new and emerging digital channels that will enhance business outcomes. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption.
• Manage relationships with affiliates and digital commercial partners.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple digital channels and customer touch points
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any other related discipline.
• A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years working experience in digital marketing strategy.
• Proficiency in using a mobile phone to capture engaging and high-quality content of staff activities and events would be a valuable asset.
• Certification in Digital Marketing.
