As a Marketing Analyst, you will play an exciting vital role in analyzing marketing data to inform our strategies and optimize our campaigns.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights that drive decision-making and improve overall marketing performance and work with Management and Directors to have input into direction of the various businesses.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Analyze marketing data to identify trends, patterns, deficiencies and actionable advice.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators .
- Manage market research to support strategic initiatives and campaign planning.
- Collaborate with the various marketing team to optimize campaigns based on data analysis.
- Present findings and recommendations to everyone that should be in the know.
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Excel etc.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing metrics.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
*Preferred Skills:*
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
