Brand Coordinator
Position Brief
As a Brand Coordinator, you will support Executive Management with day-to-day client relationships and project management to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
We are looking for an experienced Brand Coordinator to help us build our brand and raise brand awareness. You will work with us in refining and perhaps reimagining our brand and maintaining it through the implementation of marketing initiatives. You will work across all levels and departments of our organization to find what makes us unique and communicate it to the world. You will collaborate closely with Managers in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple projects and priorities. It’s imperative that you are meticulously organized, adaptable, and relentlessly passionate about producing work that people will love, whether it’s a full video commercial or an email blast. You’ll be the gatekeeper in ensuring everything that goes out our door is buttoned up, on-brand, and hits our targets. We are looking for an excellent collaborator and communicator to assist us in creating advertisements that strengthen our brand identity while completing research into industry trends and demographics.
If you are a hyper-organized self-starter that can adapt quickly, ask the right question at the right time, create a spreadsheet on the fly, find a misplaced comma in a haystack, and elicit spontaneous trust-falls from any Brand Manager in the office, this is the job for you.
Our Brand Coordinator will be responsible for developing custom marketing and advertising strategies, creating designs/layouts of media outlets, writing pitches and blog posts to various audiences, as well as advising Executive Management on the costs associated with branding. They are also tasked with managing relationships with our Social Media Marketing Company and other relevant parties to ensure brand consistency across multiple channels.
The Brand Coordinator is responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing projects with external contractors e.g., graphics designers, printers etc., and ensuring that Company messaging remains consistent across all channels. Analytical thinking is also important because it helps make data-driven decisions based on what really matters.
Brand Coordinators are the people who shape a Company’s outward image. To do that, you’ll need to uncover consumer insights and deliver innovative marketing campaigns. We’ll turn to you to learn what can attract our customers and prospects and how we can improve customer experience.
Our Brand Coordinator has skills in communication and relationship-building with customers. They have strong written or verbal abilities so that their feedback can flow effectively throughout the organization; relentless focus on finding new business leads from social media sites as well as other marketing channels.

▪ Five (5) + years working experience within Marketing & Communications or Brand Management preferably in a related industry is preferred but a combination of Education and Experience will be considered
Compensation: Commensurate with Experience
