CAGE (Antigua-Barbuda) Ltd., is seeking a suitably qualified candidate to fill the position of Loyalty Player Specialist, according to the following criteria:

 Job Summary:

The mission of the Loyalty Player Specialist is to provide reward services and support to CAGE’s markets. This role is responsible for administrative, operational, and analytical aspects of the CAGE’s Loyalty program. They will assist in engagement and retention to drive game play.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years in a similar role.
  • 1-year minimum marketing experience preferred.
  • Experience of analytical techniques in a context of loyalty programs and/or direct marketing.
  • Certificate in Computer Applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in customer service. 

 Special Job Skills & Knowledge Requirements:

  • Expert knowledge of customer base.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability and commitment to deliver customer service excellence.
  • Proficient in the use of software applications (Microsoft Office suite).
  • Proven ability to write simple reports and deliver PowerPoint presentations.
  • Sound verbal, written and listening communications.
  • Ability to self-manage effectively.
  • Must possess a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Support the Loyalty team in planning and execution of loyalty program elements that are designed to retain and engage CAGE Loyalty Club patrons. 
  • Prepare program reporting and distribution of reports to key stakeholders.
  • Evaluate performance and provide strategic plan for improvements.
  • Serve as a liaison for patrons and establishments to resolve questions and issues. 
  • Assist and recommend in the design process. 
  • Manage inventory related to signage and promotional material.
  • Assist in other marketing related tasks as needed.
