LIAT 2020 Limited is looking for a skilled Pricing and Revenue Management Analyst to develop aggressive pricing strategies, manage complex models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive profitability in a fast-paced, high-pressure airline environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Pricing Analysis:
Spearhead the development and execution of data-driven pricing strategies aligned with business targets. Continuously assess competitive pricing structures and market trends to maintain a competitive edge. Design and manage pricing models that adapt to market changes, while implementing quick pricing actions during peak demand to boost sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction. Adjust promotional and seasonal pricing to maximize profitability under tight deadlines.

Revenue Management:
Lead the optimization of revenue across market segments with effective pricing and inventory strategies. Monitor market shifts, customer demand, and competitor actions to adjust strategies in real-time and maximize profitability. Implement demand-based pricing, overbooking strategies, and price discrimination techniques across all routes. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to optimize flight occupancy and achieve revenue growth.

Data Analysis:
Utilize advanced data analytics tools to extract insights from market data, providing actionable recommendations for pricing and revenue optimization. Prepare reports that present data and offer strategic recommendations aligned with the company’s objectives.

Competitor Analysis:
Conduct real-time competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the market. Develop competitive intelligence systems to stay ahead of pricing strategies and market trends. Adjust pricing strategies quickly in response to competitors’ actions to maintain a competitive advantage.

Collaboration:
Lead cross-department collaboration to implement pricing strategies and pricing changes. Ensure seamless execution of promotional campaigns and innovative pricing models across teams. Adjust pricing and inventory strategies based on market feedback and demand fluctuations to drive revenue growth.

Forecasting:
Develop and manage accurate, real-time demand forecasts, integrating market intelligence to inform pricing and inventory decisions. Anticipate potential revenue-impacting events and collaborate with teams to refine demand models, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Strategy Development:
Drive long-term development of pricing and revenue management strategies to stay ahead of market dynamics. Provide insights into new products and services based on market analysis. Continuously adapt pricing and revenue strategies to meet emerging market challenges and customer needs.

Required Core Competencies, Experience, and Qualifications:
• Strong analytical to compare sales trends and market data and problem-solving skills to identify declining sales trends       and devise strategies to improve them.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data and strategies to diverse audiences.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the analysis and reporting of financial data.
• At least 5 years proven experience as a pricing analyst, revenue management, and/or related roles in an airline.
• Knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape in the aviation sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, Aviation Management, or a related analytical field. Master's degree is
   a plus.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular focus on advanced Excel skills.
• Commitment to continued learning and personal development.
