Loan Officer

We are seeking two vibrant, motivated and experienced Loan Officers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and processing loan applications, building strong customer relationships, and providing financial solutions to meet the customers’ needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate loan applications and financial documents to determine eligibility.
• Guide clients through the loan process, explaining terms and conditions.
• Analyze loan applications and recommend approval where appropriate
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Stay informed about industry trends, lending products, and regulatory changes.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.

Qualification and Skills

• Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field plus minimum 2 years of experience as a loan officer, preferably in the microfinance sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
