Responsible for managing the operations of the legal department, providing comprehensive legal guidance, ensuring compliance with legal standards, handling litigations, negotiating contracts, and safeguarding the company's assets from legal risks.
• Efficiently manage the day-to-day operations of the legal department, ensuring smooth workflow and timely execution of tasks.
• Provide expert legal advice and guidance to various departments on matters including contracts, partnerships, acquisitions, and other legal issues.
• Ensure that all departments within the company operate in full compliance with applicable legal standards and regulations.
• Take charge of all outstanding litigations involving the company, working to resolve issues through negotiation, settlement, or court proceedings as necessary.
• Prepare detailed reports on legal matters for review and present findings and recommendations to the executive committee.
• Negotiate contracts on behalf of the company, ensuring favorable terms and legal compliance.
• File lawsuits in the court on behalf of the company when necessary, coordinating with external legal counsel as required.
• Study lawsuits filed by other companies and proactively formulate strategies to provide legal safety to the company, minimizing legal risks.
• Implement measures to secure the assets of the company from illegal encroachments, including drafting and enforcing relevant legal documentation.
• Ensure the secure and confidential documentation of all legal documents, maintaining an organized and easily accessible repository.
• Perform any other duties related to the department and required by the operation, within petition of the direct manager.
