The Leadership Onboarding Coordinator plays a pivotal role in facilitating a comprehensive and effective onboarding experience for new leaders within the TPA1 Farm Program. In this capacity, the Coordinator will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing onboarding programs tailored to the unique needs of each leader through our FARM Program. The Coordinator will collaborate closely with senior management and Human Resources to ensure that new hires receive the necessary tools, resources, and support to transition smoothly into their roles. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of leadership development, organizational culture, and best practices in onboarding. By creating an inclusive and engaging onboarding process, the Coordinator will help foster a positive workplace environment that enhances employee engagement and retention. Furthermore, the Coordinator will evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding initiatives through feedback and data analysis, making necessary adjustments to improve the overall experience. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to facilitating a seamless onboarding transition that empowers leaders to contribute effectively to the organization from day one.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new leaders.
  • Collaborate with senior management to understand the specific needs of newly hired leaders.
  • Coordinate logistics for FARM Program, including scheduling and materials preparation.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops that cover essential leadership skills and organizational processes: JUMP, Foundations, ACE, TOPS, Best T&D and Best QA
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding programs through feedback and assessment tools.
  • Provide ongoing support and resources for new leaders during their transition period.
  • Serve as a point of contact for new leaders to address questions and concerns regarding their onboarding process.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in onboarding, training, or leadership development.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and effective training techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple onboarding initiatives simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate ability to foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture.
