About the Role:
We are looking for an expert in Jamaican labor laws and industrial relations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in labor relations and demonstrate exceptional expertise in advising and managing complex labor-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on labor laws, compliance, and industrial relations matters.
  • Manage labor disputes, grievances, and negotiations with unions.
  • Develop and implement labor policies that ensure compliance and foster a productive work environment.
  • Conduct investigations and prepare comprehensive reports on labor-related issues.
  • Serve as a key liaison with labor regulatory bodies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations, HR, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • A minimum of 7 years’ experience in labor laws and industrial relations.
  • Extensive knowledge of Jamaican labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and conflict resolution skills.
