Junior Brand Manager

KEY DUTIES

• Develop, recommend and implement strategies, plans and promotions to facilitate the achievement of the company’s short term and long-term brand objectives, to deliver targeted returns on investment.
• Perform other related duties as required by the job function.
• Ensure 100% compliance of Human Resources Policies and Procedures.
• Ensure 100% compliance with HSE guidelines and processes.
• Ensure 100% compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety standards.

• Propose and implement plans and programs on media promotion and product launches.      
• Manage implementation of the company’s promotional activities so as to ensure the achievement of approved marketing goals and objectives.
• Monitor brand performance to analyze achievement of sales targets and performance trends.
• Monitor distribution coverage, merchandising effectiveness and brand trade executions through regular and scheduled trade visits.
• Participate in the preparation of annual marketing plans.
• Review and analyze the execution of promotions to identify return on investment, learnings, successes and areas for improvement, so as to guide future plans.
• Conduct external product testing in accordance with established procedures when required.
• Monitor and report trade, customer and consumer insights so as to guide the development of effective plans. 
• Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
