### Position Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be essential in fostering outstanding relationships with our customers. Your role involves actively engaging with clients and addressing their needs to ensure their complete satisfaction. - 3 CXCs / City and Guilds (including English) OR 6 months of Customer Service experience OR a Customer Service Certificate from HEART.
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
- Basic computer skills and data entry experience are necessary.
