**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

**Minimum Qualifications:**
- 3 CXCs / City and Guilds (including English) or 6 months of Customer Service experience or a Customer Service Certificate from HEART.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Basic computer skills and data entry experience are essential.
