The incumbent will be responsible for the development and maintenance of Agostini Building Solutions marketing and promotional activities and managing its digital marketing platforms.

JOB DUTIES

  • Develops and implements digital marketing plans and objectives for relevant Brands and works with Brand and Sales Managers and Principals to ensure all digital plans align with the overall brand strategy.
  • Creates and curates’ content for all digital platforms and oversees the design and production of still and video content for digital platforms.
  • Manages customer interaction on all digital platforms and implements strategies to optimize digital advertising.
  • Monitors and analyses digital marketing metrics for relevant brands, preparing monthly reports on digital marketing performance and implementing proactive and reactive strategies to improve performance and achieve digital marketing objectives.
  • Researches latest trends in digital marketing to aid in continuous development and improvement of Company’s digital marketing activity.
  • Oversees the maintenance of the Company’s website to ensure regular updates of relevant information. 
  • Creates and updates monthly promotional activities calendar, which includes managing and scheduling vendors’ requests, and ensuring calendar is communicated to all relevant company personnel.
  • Updates the Advertising and Promotions Budget tracker.
  • Assists with sourcing of quotes for the department and choosing suppliers in accordance with the Company’s purchasing policy.
  • Assists with creation of marketing plans, also working closely with the Marketing Team & Advertising Agency to coordinate production and execution of all plans.
  • Be the brand guardian to ensure the business is presenting the brand correctly in all areas and tracks the key drivers of portfolio performance, including financials marketing KPIs and competitor performance, use insights to develop course correction plans as appropriate to ensure targets are met.
  • Maintains product catalogs, price lists, promo catalogs, activity code requests, and art files to assist with marketing promotions.
  • Supports the Sales team on cross-functional initiatives, work assignments and tasks that align to brand priorities.
  • Prepares Marketing presentations for business reviews with customers and principals.
  • Prepares weekly, monthly and Sales and Marketing reports and presentations for the Division’s Brands.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or any related field.
  • A minimum of two (2) years’ relevant work experience or any relevant combination of qualifications and experience.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills
  • Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing
  • Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, priotitize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports
  • Must have a high level of creativity
  • Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and possess a vehicle in good working condition that he/she is willing to use in the execution of job responsibilities.
