To actively grow funds under management by securing, servicing and maintaining new and existing business.

  • To ensure monthly product targets are met.
  • To solicit and obtain new clients by scheduling regular visits to potential & existing clients.
  • To provide portfolio planning services to clients, including risk analysis.
  • To assist with the completion of client application forms, including financial planning forms, and to ensure that all the necessary documentation is received for opening new client accounts.
  • To match the menu of options available through the Company with the client investment  and risk profile.
  • To provide weekly contact listing detailing contacts made and follow up action taken or to be taken.
    • Minimum of fifty (50) new calls per week
    • Set at least five (5) appointments per week
    • Make at least two (2) presentations per week
  • To participate in the Public Relations, Sales and Marketing activity of the  Company.
  • To ensure preparation and delivery of letters for clients.
  • To process transactions against client accounts. These include but are not limited to:
    • Investments
    • Redemptions
    • Encashment
    • Standing orders
  • To make monthly contact with at least 80% of the clients to assess changing needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • To answer customer and client account enquiries within two days of receipt.
