Inventory Systems Analyst

Global Brands Group is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory System Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Inventory System Manager, this role is vital in ensuring the accuracy of our restaurant inventory records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify & book daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts for over 100 restaurant locations.
• Enter and book stock transfers accurately in the inventory system.
• Review and confirm entries of wastages to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure all purchase receipts are correctly inputted into the system.
• Assist the Inventory System Manager with queries and requests from restaurant staff.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Analytical skills or background is an asset
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
