Inventory Manager- Kingston

The Inventory Manager will be responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory records, and streamlining inventory operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to inventory control.

The Inventory Manager works closely with procurement, operations team to align inventory practices with the business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Control and Optimization:
• Monitor stock levels and adjust inventory practices to meet demand fluctuations.
• Implement strategies to reduce holding costs while maintaining adequate stock availability.
• Develop and enforce inventory control systems and best practices.
• Collaborate with operations and procurement team to predict future inventory needs.
• Analyze historical data and trends to forecast stock requirements.
Stock Reconciliation and Reporting:
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare detailed inventory reports for management and shareholders.
• Ensure team compliance with company policies and safety standards.
System Management:
• Use inventory management software to track and manage stock.
