JOB SUMMARY:
In the Learning and Development Advisory team, you will assist with implementing learning initiatives within the unit. As an Instructional Designer, you will enhance learning experiences by evaluating performance gaps, conducting needs assessments, and designing learner-centered materials. You will collaborate with stakeholders, apply research skills, and ensure materials meet objectives and standards. Additionally, you will coordinate with subject matter experts, facilitate workshops, and stay current with industry trends.
Essential duties include:
Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate performance gaps and conduct needs assessments, recommending effective instructional approaches based on the findings.
Champion the needs of learners, ensuring that all instructional materials and programs are designed with the learner's needs and experiences in mind.
Apply fundamental research skills to instructional design projects.
Collaborate with team members and subject matter professionals on course design and development to translate business content into learner-centered experiences.
Utilize instructional design, adult learning principles and innovative strategies in the conception, design, and development of learning assets.
