About the Role:

As an Information Technology Specialist, you will be responsible for providing application support to our clients and business partners, conducting software training, and implementing new software solutions. You will collaborate with internal teams, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure the smooth operation of IT applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support to customers and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
• Conduct software training for clients on supported applications.
• Implement software solutions for new clients, ensuring smooth onboarding.
• Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and network issues effectively.
• Evaluate source code to identify the root cause of system failures.
• Write scripts to correct data-related issues and build reports for clients.
• Maintain data security and adhere to IT security best practices.
• Support risk management efforts by ensuring software and hardware testing complies with standards.
• Promote and sell EPIC TECHNOLOGIES’ products and services when opportunities arise.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Studies or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and major operating systems.
• Strong understanding of LANs, WANs, programming languages, and software troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of insurance systems and practices (preferred).
• Experience in application support, training, and implementation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to travel locally and internationally.
• Ownership of a reliable motor vehicle is an advantage.
