The IT Technician will provide various technical and administrative support to the IT department and company users. You will be responsible for various tasks, including troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with hardware and software setup.
Responsiblities includes:
Provide technical support to internal users via phone, email, and in-person assistance.
Document all user-reported issues and tasks as tickets in the Helpdesk system.
Continually update activities and feedback to users regarding their tickets within the Helpdesk system.
Troubleshoot common computer and network issues.
Assist with hardware and software installation, configuration, and deployment.
Manage user accounts and permissions.
Maintain accurate IT asset records.
Prepare reports and documentation as required.
Assist with IT projects as assigned.
Perform basic data backup and recovery procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized IT work area.
Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies relevant to the role.
