Project management and business analysis. Scope and deliver IT initiatives to support business efficiencies and introduce new products and services

Specific Responsibilities

•  Develop project briefs, project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Lead project teams, ensuring clear communication, roles, and responsibilities are established and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Track project milestones and deliverables, managing scope changes effectively.
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including status updates, issue resolution, and decision-making processes.
• Prepare regular progress reports, providing project updates to stakeholders and management.
• Conduct comprehensive business analysis to understand stakeholder requirements, capture business processes, and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases.
• Analyze and evaluate business processes, systems, and data to identify gaps and propose innovative solutions.
• Conduct feasibility studies, impact assessments, and cost-benefit analyses for proposed projects.
• Identifies and establishes scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, relevant departments to gather requirements, understand business needs, and work with 3rd parties to align technology solutions.
• Works with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements.
• Develops and utilizes standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirements specifications.
• Perform application scoping and write technical specifications and other forms of documentation.
• Analyze and translate business requirements into product designs.
• Apply system-analyst techniques and procedures, including consulting with users to determine hardware, software or systems functional specifications

Education and Experience      

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, business administration, or related field.
• 3 years’ experience in business applications analysis and development
• Project management training and certifications example PMP and Agile methodology
• Business Analysis training

• Prior experience interviewing end-users for insight on functionality, interface, problems, and/or usability issues
