IT ASSISTANT

The IT Technician Assistant supports the IT department by providing technical assistance and support to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems, hardware, software, and networks.

1. Technical Support:
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Provide first-line support to users by responding to IT-related queries and escalating issues as needed.
• Set up and configure workstations, printers, and other peripheral devices.
2. System Maintenance:
• Perform routine maintenance on IT equipment, including updates, patches, and system backups.
• Monitor network performance and report any irregularities or outages to senior IT staff.
• Maintain an inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation.
