Brava at One Communications Guyana is seeking an ICT Specialist who will drive sales of ICT products and services, cultivate strong client relationships, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets, all while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

CRITERIA

  • A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, ICT, Computer Engineering, or relevant experience.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or system analysis.
  • Relevant certifications from key technology vendors such as Cisco, Microsoft, Fortinet, Veeam, AWS, and Azure is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in the Telco ICT industry or a Cyber Security role.
  • Experience selling Microsoft, AWS, VMware, Veeam, Cisco, 3CX.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and analyze prospects to understand their pain points and unique technological needs.
  • Research existing clients' business drivers, strategic objectives, investment areas, and key stakeholders to inform account strategies.
  • Utilize account base analysis, including "heat maps," to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities aimed at transforming legacy systems.
  • Collaborate with the in-market sales team to accelerate contact strategies, establish rapport, and arrange meetings.
  • Organize and lead new business meetings at all stages, including initial service discovery meetings and presentations.
  • Lead the preparation of proposals, bids, and tenders for all managed services opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales visits and presentations to pitch products, services, and combination packages to clients.
  • Demonstrate ICT equipment to highlight product benefits.
  • Negotiate sales, package discounts, and long-term contracts with clients.
  • Build and maintain a consistent and healthy sales pipeline that can be converted into revenue for the Business Solutions division.
  • Develop and nurture strong business relationships with executive and enterprise-level contacts, key decision-makers, and influencers through networking opportunities such as conferences and industry events.
  • Partner with technology teams to ensure excellence in customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Provide technical advice and support post-sales.
  • Present quarterly and annual business outlooks, focusing on past performance, current quarter/fiscal year expectations, pipeline analysis, key wins, and personal improvement goals.
  • Assess client ICT needs and make recommendations, including ICT equipment and service packages.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovative products.
  • Attend trade exhibitions and industry events to learn about cutting-edge products and sales strategies.
  • Perform other duties as needed or necessary related to B2B business.
