Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.

Job description:
Manage the recruitment and onboarding process including job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, work references request, orientation and facilitate training.
Coordinate with other departments the materials, tools, access to IT applications and network for new employees.
Maintains all employee personnel files and medical files ensuring accuracy, security and confidentiality.
Assist in identifying training needs and organizing training programs with all departments.
Support employee development initiatives and performance evaluations.
Ensure to maintains staff job descriptions update
Prepare and process HR documents such as contracts, offer letters and employee policies.
Control of contract renewals
Oversees scheduling of and records all employee vacations
Assist in the process of incentive programs (internal and external - with suppliers)
Assists accounting department to ensure payroll records reflect appropriate employee leave.
Delivery of Payroll receipts to employees via email.
Assists accounting department severance payments.
Manage internal company events
Provide timely notification to Directors/Managers when employee performance appraisals are due.
Perform staff budget
Provide applicable salary modifications to Accounting department for payroll processing.
Perform Monthly Reports for accounting closing.
Perform and apply the organizational climate survey.
Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Manage the recreational activities on representative days as Birthday, company anniversary, Christmas holidays, New Year, etc.).
Manage with the responsibility of legal all the legal and administrative formalities that involve the personnel of the company.
Respond to employee relations issues such as employee complaints and harassment allegations and conduct investigations accordingly.
Keep up to date with HR legislation by researching before providing suitable interpretation to Directors and Managers.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Liaise with Directors and Managers to understand their HR requirements and ensure they are fully informed of the corporate HR strategy.
Participate in internal or external human resources audits
Manage the human resources process with process department
Represent the company in a positive, professional manner at all times
