JOB SUMMARY: The incumbent will be responsible for providing support to the Manager – Regional HR and AVP in executing and managing the Company’s employee relations objectives. The incumbent will be responsible for the effective coordination of the employee relations Program in the pursuit of promoting good labour practices and harmonious relations between management, employees and other stakeholders. |
