Job Title: Human Resources/Accounting Executive

Job Description:

We seek a highly skilled Human Resources/Accounting Executive to join our vacation club. The ideal candidate will manage HR functions and accounting operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  2. Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records.
  3. Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and reports to support business decisions.

Key Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry and/or loyalty programs.
  3. Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll systems, and financial reporting standards.
  4. Availability to work in Negril
