Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate would provide HR and Administrative support to the company.
With a proven track record in Human Resource Management, the candidate must have these competencies:
Knowledge of recruiting and on-boarding processes
Knowledge of design, implementation, and assessment of training programmes
Knowledge of HR best practices and general labour laws
Knowledge of performance-based appraisal systems
Knowledge of HRPlus software
Strong leadership, interpersonal and people management skills
Goal oriented and results driven professional
Possess excellent oral,and wirtten communication skills
Display critial=thinking, problem solving and decision making skills
