A leading company in Guyana, specializing in the restaurant and hospitality industry, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Human Resource Services Administrator. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations across multiple locations and supporting employee engagement and succession planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee workforce data management, including absenteeism tracking, leave processing, and payroll administration.
  • Promote employee engagement and support succession planning to ensure organizational effectiveness.
  • Leverage technology to streamline HR operations.
  • Actively recruit and refer qualified candidates to various departments.
  • Collaborate with departments to address classification, compensation, recruitment, and succession planning needs.
  • Manage recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, hiring, and dismissals.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and maintain accurate personnel records.
  • Foster a positive and open work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience.
  • Proven understanding of labor laws and HR procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office and payroll systems.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
