Are you ready to take your HR career to the next level? KPMG Jamaica's Extended Support Services (JESS) in Kingston is expanding, and we're looking for a dynamic HR People Support Senior Officer to join our team. You'll be working closely with KPMG US, supporting their HR operations and making a real impact.

What You'll Do:

• Manage end-to-end offboarding processes and other HR support tasks.
• Conduct exit interviews and summarize findings.
• Ensure compliance with local office requirements.
• Respond to employee status inquiries and support laptop retrieval.
• Schedule meetings for offboarding and immigration processes.
• Train and coach junior officers.
• Monitor team performance and participate in quality checks.
• Assist with SLA metrics and prepare reports.
