Service Compliance Executive 

The Service Compliance Executive is responsible for creating valuable business relationships with new and existing customers through the provision of optimum customer service. The role will further drive improvements in our customer service index rating by providing insights and gap analysis of the service levels across the different channels within which CBL operates. 

Major Responsibilities:

  • Perform monthly assessment of customer service satisfaction (Top 1000 customers)  
  • Document all complaints, actions taken, and resolutions in the customer service management system, ensuring accurate and complete records.
  • Manage all customer queries as directed on a daily basis via various forms of communication (Telephone and Email)
  • Effectively manage all complaints to resolution with strict adherence to the Consumer/Customer Complaints Management Process.(Telephone/Email)
  • Analyze feedback from customers (surveys, follow-ups) post-complaint resolution to evaluate customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree in Business Administration or Certificate in Customer Service Management
  • 2-3 years business experience preferably in customer service, sales or logistics environment
  • In-depth knowledge of Trading standards & Regulations
  • Working knowledge of SAP
  • Competent in manipulating Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
