We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resource Manager to lead our HR function. 
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of developing and implementing HR initiatives that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's overall business objectives.
2. Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure effective delivery of HR services.
3. Foster positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
4. Develop and manage employee training and development programs that enhance skills and knowledge.
5. Manage recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent.
6. Administer employee benefits, compensation, and performance management systems.
7. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
8. Analyze HR data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive HR initiatives.
9. Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement organizational change initiatives.
10. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR matters with discretion.
Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Master's degree in HR or related field preferred.
3. Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR).
4. 8-10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a senior leadership role.
5.Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in HR.
6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR matters.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Proficient in HR software and systems.
