KPMG Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS), provides office extension support services in the JESS Operations to KPMG in the US and is seeking to hire a suitably qualified, competent, highly motivated, Senior Officer, Human Resources Compliance for the JESS HR Compliance team.
Human Resources Compliance Coordinator (K-JESS)
KPMG Jamaica has a delivery center named “Jamaica Extended Support Services (KJESS)” operating from Kingston, which is contracted to provide back office support to its member firm KPMG United States (“the Client”). The Clients’ HR function is expanding operations at KJESS to support the HR Compliance Services process area. Team members within the delivery center work with Client’s stakeholders under a team extension model to support Client’s back office operations.
The HR Compliance Coordinator will be the subject matter expert on specific processes within the HR Operations team. This role involves analyzing new and existing technology, identifying process gaps, and informing the Manager. This role will be crucial in presenting opportunities for process and workflow improvements and automating manual processes for all functional groups within HR Operations. Additionally, the incumbent will facilitate meetings to gather and document requirements for technology projects in HR Operations.
