Overview:
KPMG Jamaica has a delivery center named “Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS)” operating from Kingston, which is contracted to provide back office support to its member firm KPMG United States (“the Client”). The Clients’ Learning & Development function is expanding operations at JESS to support the Learning & Development Advisory process area. Team members within the delivery center work with Client’s stakeholders under a team extension model to support the Client’s back office operations.
As a Learning & Development Vendor Management Coordinator, you will support the Firm’s Advisory Learning and Development (L&D) process area. You will be responsible for performing various tasks following standard operating procedures provided by the Clients’ Advisory Learning and Development team, including L&D vendor management activities for the Audit, Tax and Firmwide functions. This position applies knowledge, independent judgment, critical thinking and L&D operating guidance to complete moderate to complex tasks.
