Help Desk Analyst

About the Role:

As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing application support to clients, testing and implementing new or modified systems, and troubleshooting technical issues. You will work closely with internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and efficient problem resolution while maintaining high security and risk management standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide application support to clients via the Help Desk.
  • Test and implement new or modified systems and reports.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate unresolved technical issues.
  • Run daily processes for test and training environments.
  • Assist in the development, testing, and implementation of system software.
  • Ensure all system management policies and procedures are followed.
  • Maintain security and confidentiality of company and client data.
  • Coordinate with support groups and other staff in recovery situations.
  • Assist in training and knowledge transfer to other team members.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements for efficiency.
  • Support risk management by ensuring proper testing and compliance.
  • Promote and sell EPIC TECHNOLOGIES' products and services as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Studies or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and major operating systems.
  • Strong understanding of LANs, WANs, and network troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of insurance systems and practices (preferred).
  • Experience in help desk support and application troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
