Lead daily bakery operations, develop and execute recipes, ensure product quality, manage inventory, train staff, uphold food safety standards, create new menu items, track production metrics, and maintain a clean, efficient workspace.

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the bakery production team.  
  • Develop and execute recipes for a wide range of baked goods including artisanal breads, pastries, cakes, and seasonal specialties.  
  • Maintain high standards of product quality, consistency, and presentation.  
  • Monitor inventory levels, place supply orders, and manage ingredient stock to avoid waste.  
  • Train, supervise, and inspire bakery staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and efficiency.  
  • Ensure all baking processes comply with food safety and sanitation standards.  
  • Collaborate with management to create new menu items and respond to customer feedback.  
  • Track production metrics and adjust schedules or processes to meet demand and minimize downtime.  
  • Oversee cleaning and maintenance of baking equipment and workstations.
