Hardware Manager

Job Requirements and Duties:

1. Minimum five (5) years experience managing Sales staff and sales counter
2. Team Management: Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to optimize performance
3. Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with inventory and supply chain teams to ensure product availability
4. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts
5. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on hardware products to provide expert advice to customers
6. Computer literate: Must be able to provide technical support, trouble shooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and networking issues
7. Preferably resides in the Diego Martin area
