HR Specialist - Work From Home (All Parishes)

You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth hiring process.

What We’re Looking for

• Excellent English, both written and spoken.

• Ability to deliver consistent and effective communication with client stakeholders in different mediums (slack and video) and contexts (f2f and with groups).

• Willingness to engage in continuous self-directed learning and personal development.

• Technical aptitude: confidence with smartphones, operating systems, and laptops

• High-quality internet, power, and computer that can support online face-to-face (e.g. Google Meet) conversation without interruption.

• Bachelor’s degree - at least in progress.

• Experience with Recruitment is desirable. 

• Good organizational skills in order to manage multiple meetings per day.
