JOB SUMMARY:

The HR Operations Coordinator for Background Check Administration will be responsible for providing high-level customer service and support in response to inquiries while also managing background administration processes and procedures. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications and excellent problem-solving skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Service Delivery

  • Provide responses to inquiries via telephone, e-mail and fax, while adhering to established Human Resources Service Center (HRSC) standard
  • Meet project and reporting deadlines, ad provide performance manager with timely feedback regarding project status
  • Engage in Employer of Choice initiatives and foster a positive work environment by being actively engage Perform other duties, as assigned, including database management, customer service delivery, research, ad-hoc reporting
  • Research, take action and monitor adverse background issues to completion Provide the highest level of internal and external customer service and provide coaching/training to others

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (HR) or Business Administration from an accredited college/university or any other related field. 
  • A minimum two years HR experience or equivalent.
