HR Officer (3 months)

Main duties:

  • Benefits – claim management / pension listing etc.
  • Filing / updating employees’ files
  • Payroll – administrative tasks associated with payroll, distribution of payslips, liaising with Finance / Providers for Statutory payments
  • General HR related administrative tasks – training hours updating , assisting with training preparation, job letters etc.  
  • Employee Engagement / CSR duties as instructed
  • General Admin duties:
    • Inventory / Ordering of supplies
    • Liaising with Service Providers / Staff

Ideal Candidate:

  • Good communication skills
  • MS Office skills – Excel, Powerpoint. Word
  • Confidential
  • Good Work ethic, punctual, reliable, willing to learn
  • Good interpersonal skills

Qualifications:

  • Degree / Diploma / Associates in HR or related discipline OR CAPE in Business studies with an interest in HR
