HR Coordinator to lead HR department and processes

HRD CO-ORDINATOR

Primary Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain files of employees and contractors
  • Plan and execute staff welfare and engagement activities
  • Assist staff with pension, insurance, PAYE and other obligations and benefits associated with employment
  • Coordinate and execute staff training and development initiatives
  • Prepare submissions relating to payroll, department budget, etc
  • Manage stationery inventory
  • Lead recruitment process
  • Assist in HR policy development and disciplinary processes
  • Manage assigned staff

 

Qualification & Competences

  • Degree or Diploma  in Human Resource Management or related field
  • 2+ years similar Experience preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Exceptional written & oral communication skills
  • Vibrant and engaging personality
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
