GSL HR Associate

The Role

This position is responsible for providing administrative support in respect of contract management, records management, identification management for all Guardsman Metaverse Security Officers. This position plays a key role in supporting the department’s daily activities and overall administrative requirements to ensure that the needs of all Security Officers are met and the department’s and Company’s standards are consistently maintained.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assist in GSL staff recruitment and process employee transfer requests within two business days.
  • Address and resolve GSL staff issues and complaints daily.
  • Organize and assist with staff, management, and unit meetings.
  • Prepare, renew, and track employment contracts, ensuring timely submission within two business days of the return date.
  • Process and update sick, vacation, and other leave entitlements in the HR system; track balances and entitlements.
  • Provide emotional and practical support for employees facing personal or professional challenges, including crisis support and education on well-being.
  • Handle benefits enrolment, updates, and health card distribution, ensuring timely processing and employee support.
  • Oversee uniform issuance, returns, and inventory, ensuring compliance with policies and managing vendor orders.
  • Maintain organized physical and electronic records for employees, ensuring daily accuracy.
  • Process and provide feedback on employee service requests promptly.
  • Support HR-related projects, social activities, and initiatives for team building and staff satisfaction.

A Little Bit About You

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
  • Knowledge of office management system and procedures, Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
  • Good research skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, written and verbal communication skills, Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration; or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Training in Human Resource Management or related disciplines
  • At least 1-year experience in General
