Recruitment support: assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, following up internal recruitment approval process. Assist in coordinating and organizing job fairs and recruitment events.
HR Administrative support: handle administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance, HR related supplier payment application process.
HR database and record management: maintain and update HR databases and systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee information.
Compliance and documentation: assist in ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations. They may help with gathering and organizing documentation related to external and internal audit.
Employee relations support: fostering positive employee relations by assisting with employee engagement initiatives, coordinating employee team building events
Business Visa and work permit processing for expatriates, ensuring labour compliance
To support HR Manager in other tasks needed
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field • Additional HR training or experience is a plus • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness • Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed
