HR/ADMIN ASSISTANT (BPO Call Center)

HR/Admin Assistant (BPO Call Center)

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates for open positions
  • Facilitate the hiring process by coordinating offer letters and welcome information.
  • Onboard new customer service and collection team members including orientation.
  • Monitor 30, 60, 80 day probation reviews and monthly benefits enrollment
  • Payroll duties assigned
  • Generate reports on HR metrics utilizing excel and other tools
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, record-keeping and filing (electronic and physical)
  • Enthusiastic, motivational, and fun-natured personality.
  • Assists in other HR projects/functions as needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in Human Resources/Administration required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly excel.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work well under pressure
  • Communicate effectively and concisely with all levels of personnel both verbally and in writing
  • Detail oriented with the ability to work independently and within deadlines
  • Effectively prioritize a variety of tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and labour laws
  • Problem solving & decision-making skills
  • Self-motivated team player with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
