Overview:
The Rooms Division Manager ensures a superior guest experience through effective leadership of the front office and housekeeping teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee front desk operations, guest services, and housekeeping.
• Ensure consistent room standards, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance for both front office and housekeeping.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing for VIP and group stays.
• Monitor room inventory, linen supplies, and guest feedback systems.

Requirements:
• Experience managing rooms operations in boutique or luxury hotels.
• Strong guest service ethos with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organization skills.
• Degree in Hospitality Management


Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Overview:
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for driving local business growth, managing the hotel’s brand presence, and leading all local sales and promotional efforts to attract and retain guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans for, events, and promotions.
• Manage traditional and digital marketing campaigns across print, TV, and social media.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging and guest experience.
• Track KPIs and ROI on campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements:
• Proven track record of success in sales and marketing.
• Digital marketing expertise with knowledge of social platforms and analytics.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
