Job Summary: The Group Cash Management Officer is responsible for maintaining optimal cash levels, managing banking relationships, implementing efficient cash management systems, providing expert advice on cash-related issues, and supporting group consolidation and management reporting.
Working Relationships:
· Reports to the Group Finance Manager – Treasury and Consolidation.
· Collaborates with external financial institutions, subsidiaries of the ADHA Group, service providers, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Optimal Cash Flow Management:
· Prepare standalone and consolidated cash projections.
· Coordinate with departments to review cash projections of Group companies
· Identify and proactively mitigate financial risks related to cash management.
· Providing expert advice on cash-related issues
Managing Banking Relationships:
· Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
· Collect and review covenant compliance reporting requirements.
· Resolve discrepancies and provide accurate reports for annual reviews.
· Submit necessary documentation to establish new bank accounts and banking facilities.
Group Consolidation and Management Reporting:
· Gather financial information for consolidation reporting.
· Review and reconciliation of intercompany transactions.
· Assist in preparing quarterly Board reports and other analyses.
· Support the Group Finance budgeting process and rolling estimates.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Finance or Management with a Major in Finance.
Experience:
· Minimum of five years in a corporate finance role such as Financial Analyst or Treasury Professional.
· Experience in a treasury function is desirable.
· Familiarity with banking operations, including cash management, loan processing, and banking regulations.
· Understanding of regulatory compliance and financial principles related to cash management.
