This role will assist with the forecasting of cash flows to manage financial risks thereby upholding the company’s financial health and objectives.
Responsibilities:
Central Treasury Management
Cash Flow Reviews: Support the review of projected cash flow reports of Group companies and coordinate with various departments to understand and forecast cash needs to identify and mitigate potential financial risks related to cash management.
Prepare Cash Projections: Prepare periodic standalone and consolidated cash projections and variance analysis for review by the Group Finance Manager.
Process Treasury Instructions: Execute and dispatch all necessary instructions for treasury-related activities, including local and foreign wire transfers, intercompany loans, establishment and termination of deposits, banking facilities and Bankers’ Acceptances for group entities.
Coordinate Intercompany Transactions: Ensure timely and accurate recording of intercompany loans, interest charges, and interest income in the respective financial statements, using consistent data entry standards to support overall financial integrity and compliance.
Loan Documentation: Work with external financial institutions to arrange execution of the necessary documentation to establish credit facilities. Ensure all legal and compliance requirements are met.
Maintain Banking Relationships:Assist in managing relationships with the Group’s banks and other financial institutions to ensure that all bank accounts are in good standing.
Regular communication: Maintainopen lines of communication with the Group’s bankers to stay informed about any changes in policies or requirements, addressing quality issues,
Annual Reviews and Covenant Compliance Reviews: Collect all necessary documentation, reports for covenant compliance from the relevant Finance Departments for review.
Resolve Discrepancies: Work with the relevant Finance Departments to address and resolve any discrepancies noted in the information provided.
Disseminate Reports: Provide accurate reports bankers to facilitate smooth annual reviews and daily operations.
Banking Documentation: Ensure submission of necessary documentation to establish new bank accounts, banking facilities as required by group entities.
Maintain Account Database:Maintain a comprehensive database of all banking and other accounts, updating signing authorities, online access, and any other relevant information, terms, or conditions as required.
Provide Security Administration: Administer security for online banking facilities as necessary.
Group Loan Portfolios Reporting
External Debt Profile: Maintain comprehensive registers for all short-term and long-term loans established by the Group with external institutions to provide assurance that facilities operate in accordance with contracted terms and conditions, inclusive of the monitoring of compliance with loan covenants such as financial ratios, reporting requirements, and any other conditions specified in the loan agreements.

Group Consolidation and Management Reporting
Maintain Financial Data Database: Gather financial information that will serves as data inputs for integration into the Group’s consolidation reporting software. This will facilitate the preparation of quarterly Board reports, and any additional reports as required.
Consolidation Data Preparation:
Combinethe financial statements: Collate the financials statements of the parent company and its subsidiaries into a single set of consolidated financial statements. This includes the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement for review by the Group Finance Manager.
Ensure Accurate Intercompany Transactions: Ensure that all intercompany transactions are accurately recorded in each entity’s general ledger and reconciled monthly through the collection of responses from the counterparties. Reconcile intercompany balances as required.
Adjustments and Entries: Make necessary consolidation adjustments and entries to reflect the combined financial position of the Group.
Any other activities required to validate the Group Consolidation Reports.
Management and Board Reporting: Assist in the preparation of quarterly Board reports and other pertinent analyses as requested by Management, utilizing the Group’s reporting software.
Support Budgeting Process: Assist with the Group Finance budgeting process and the preparation of rolling estimates.
Administrative Support
General Office Duties: Perform general office duties such as answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
Employee Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records for vacation and other forms of leave.
Document Management:
File Maintenance: Maintain and organise both physical and electronic files to ensure they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Record Keeping: Ensuring that all records are accurately maintained and comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Monitoring compliance of statutory filings for the Group:
Maintain a Group Regulatory and Statutory Filing Register to ensure that the Group entities adhere to all regulatory and statutory filings requirements for all jurisdictions in which the Group operates inclusive of Corporation Taxes, Income Tax Clearance, Vat Returns, Annual Returns, etc.
Ensure that all information disclosed agrees with the financial records.
Internal Coordination: Collaborating with other departments to gather information, provide updates, and ensure alignment on various improvement initiatives.
Invoice management:Invoice entry, payment processing and generation of Invoices for Shared Services as well as following up for payment.
Special Projects: Assisting with special projects as assigned by management or the legal team. This could include research assignments, drafting reports, or supporting strategic initiatives.
Any other duties as defined or required: Including by not confined to special improvement or review projects, administrative support.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Finance or Management with a Major in Finance
Corporate Finance Experience: A minimum of five years in a corporate finance role such as a Financial Analyst or Treasury Professional is essential as an understanding financial planning, analysis is crucial.
Treasury Function Experience: Experience in a treasury function desirable as this role involves managing the company's liquidity, and financial risk and banking relationships.
Banking Knowledge: Familiarity with various banking operations, including cash management, loan processing, and banking regulations, is advantageous.
Compliance: Understanding of regulatory compliance and financial principles related to cash management.
